It’s here! Our revamped website is live, and with it comes huge updates to our class schedule, membership plans, and opportunities to train smarter and get real results.

What’s New?

🔥 12-Week Adult Strength Program – A results-driven strength program designed to take you right up to Memorial Day weekend—so you can step into summer feeling stronger than ever.

Adult Strength Training Classes – Now with 6AM classes twice a week and a 4:30PM class once per week in addition to our midday classes for busy professionals and parents who want structured training without the guesswork.

Open Gym Access – Available exclusively to adult members during select hours, so you can put in the work on your own terms.

Youth Strength & Conditioning – Now offered as recurring memberships, so young athletes can start anytime and build strength, confidence, and athleticism year-round.

Middle School Boys Strength & Conditioning - NEW class Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm.
