There’s no denying it: 👉 Girls drop out of sports at twice the rate of boys. 👉 They face significantly higher ACL injury risks. 👉 Early sport specialization often leads to burnout and overuse injuries. The good news? Proper strength and conditioning can change the game. As a former female athlete, I grew up knowing what it felt like to have the weight room—and the resources—prioritized for the boys.
